Inspired at a young age, Deanne Bell knew she wanted to be creative and to invent. She studied architecture and mechanical engineering, and then worked as an aerospace engineer. As a co-host of PBS’s "Design Squad" she shares her expertise and enthusiasm for invention, and hopes to inspire others, particularly girls, in the field of engineering.
